Afterwards Corrie spoke publicly about the concentration camps. Before Betsie had died she told Corrie about her vision she had had. The vision was about a big house with a garden in memory of all  who died in WWII. One time she was speaking to her audience about Betsie's vision and a women from the crowd spoke to her about making that vision become reality. The vision was made into reality and the large house was in Bloemendale and was opened June, 1945. In 1946 Corrie started traveling from country to country telling people about Jesus. She also spoke about how God took care of her in the Concentration Camps. She ended up preaching in 60 different countries. In 1971 she received more fame for her book  " The Hiding Place". Then in 1975 the movie version came out. In 1978 she was paralyzed by a stroke, on April 15, 1983 she died. Corrie died on her 91st birthday.
